Keeping Healthy And Warm

Would like to share with you on this particularly cold morning on what are the ideal temperatures in you home to avoid falling ill should be;

18-24C (64-75F ) - No Risk to Healthy People

Below 16C (61F) - Diminished Resistance to Respiratory Infections

Below 9-12C (48-54F ) - Two Hours or more Core Body Temperature Drops and a Rise in Blood Pressure
Below 5C ( 41F ) - Deep Body Temperature falls- significant increase in the risk of Hypothermia.

Keep Warm Keep Safe. At least the snow this morning didn't last too long.
