We tackled head on a subject that most of us find very difficult to get our head around..... Energy Tariffs and what is the best product and company for individual households. Working with the group who are mainly retired they firmly have the ethos we have been we the same suppliers for years,we are happy with them why change when we are happy.
Even after the discussion around price comparisons and the chance that by looking at alternatives they could save money the group were not convinced . Have to admit I didn't convert many! Certainly it is a subject I will continue to engage with the group throughout this year and try and work with them on this tricky and complicated subject.
