Today we made our way to the Dingle and set up the gazebos on Cockburn Street to bring one of our family fun days.We also wanted to hear from the residents who lived in the nearby Bread streets of what they would like to see in the planters down their street. Residents came along and gave us their suggestions and they all liked the idea of having more colourful and eye catching herbs.
Frank the entertainer also came along to do his magic show which was a great hit with the children and Ruth gave a taster session on Mosaic making. Garry the projects chef also came along and brought some lovely Stilton and broccoli soup.. yummy !Congratulations to May a local resident of Cockburn Street who won the prize draw and walked away with one of our food hampers.
