Whilst National Vegetarian Week continues until Sunday, this is the last of our recipe posts for this week.  We do hope you enjoy it!

If like some of the L8LS team you are not sure about Asafoetida, it is a herb that acts as a onion substitute and is native to Iran.  It can act as a digestive aid and a flavour enhancer. You can purchase Asafoetida from the Liverpool 8 Supermarket, alternatively just use some onion instead.
